In January 2013, Trans Corp through its subsidiary company PT Trans Retail took over 100% of the shares of PT Carrefour Indonesia, and changed the company name into PT Trans Retail Indonesia. Today, we operates 85 Carrefour stores and 1 Groserindo located in 28 cities in Indonesia with around 72 million loyal customers. As a leading retail player, we always keeps up with new trend and focuses all its efforts and contributions to be Number 1 Retail in Indonesia.

Now, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as: Management Trainee. (Trans Retail Development Program)

Management Trainee is a Trans Retail Development Program in Carrefour and offers challenging program
to develop future talented leaders in handling all management function : store activities & retail business
area .

Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field or Diploma from food production
2. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
3. Excellent English skills and computer literate.
4. Having sense of Salesmanship.
5. Initiative, Pro active, Hard Working and Strong Analytical Thinking.
6. Eager to expand career in retail industries
7. Ready to adapt with store working schedule and stationed everywhere in Indonesia
8. Willing to work on Public Holidays
